JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 04.01.2020, seeks bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020, dated 03.01.2020, instituted for the offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Amendment Excise Act, 2018.

It appears that 314.280 litres of liquor has been recovered from a vehicle from where the petitioner has been arrested. It is the case of the petitioner that he was only a

Considering the aforestated facts and that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
