This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with G.R. No. 550 of 2020, arising out of Dinara P.S. Case No. 111 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 448/ 323/ 307/ 379 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that by mistake one criminal antecedent could not be mentioned with regard to petitioner no. 2 in the petition at the time of filing of supplementary affidavit.

In view of the fact that learned counsel for the petitioners has mentioned this at the very outset before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23176 of 2021(2) dt.21-12-2021 2/2 beginning of the argument, there is no need to file any supplementary affidavit. There is land dispute between the parties.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Bikramganj at Rohtas, in connection with G.R. No. 550 of 2020, arising out of Dinara P.S. Case No. 111 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
