JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd ( for short 'BSFC') and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain deductions have been directed against the impugned letter dated 31.12.2022 (Annexure-1/A) and after adjustment of certain undue deductions, the respondent -BSFC has decided to pay the petitioner an amount of Rs. 21,45,792.00/-.The decision is of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3544 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 December, 2022. However, the amount has not been paid to the petitioner till date. The grievance of the petitioner, therefore, is two folds. Insofar as the grievance regrading the deductions being made contrary to the norms or without any basis, this Court is not going to enter into the said disputes of accounting between the petitioner and the respondent-BSFC.

3. For settling these issues, the petitioner is required to approach the Court for availing his civil remedies. Insofar as the amount, found due, as contained in letter dated 31.12.2012 (Annexure-1/A), if there is no other impediment found in payment of the said dues till date, the authority should proceed to make payment in terms of the said letter within a period of three (03) months.
