The Petitioner seeks bail in Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 295(A), 500, 501, 504(B), 505(ii) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(A) of the I.T. Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is based on mere suspicion and presumption. The petitioner is in custody since, 08.04.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28988 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017.
