Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be order giver, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. case no. 88/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
