In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.339 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 153(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(x) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

It appears that no direct allegation has been made against these petitioners. It was a free fight and there is a case and counter case between the parties.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10021 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioners-Md. Rafique and Md. Guddu, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 339 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
