The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/324/354/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dayan Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the allegations have been made under the various sections, but the chargesheet has been submitted only under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. So far as the present petitioners are concerned, no case under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against them. The charge of Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code is against one Anil Choudhary and not the present petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have clean past, let the petitioners above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27020 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 P2/2 named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhanaur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
