In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.38 of 2014, registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have made accused in this case in the year 2014 but, they are coming to this Court for grant of anticipatory bail after a long period of six years. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
