JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after four years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was separate from the husband of the victim. The post-mortem report reflects only marginal size bruise on the nose, the cause of death has not been ascertained and viscera has been preserved.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15100 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No.207 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
