1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the stage of the case on which, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite his best endeavour, he could not seek instruction from the petitioner with regard to the latest stage of the case, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all issues at an appropriate stage.
