The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354/354A/354B of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual harassment to his daughter. Wife of the petitioner has also supported the allegation. There is no material to substantiate that wife had any dispute with the petitioner or has any grudge to make any statement against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2018.
