Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, GP 26 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Petitioner is claiming arrears of salary and other benefits under the MACP.

The counter affidavit discloses that the claim of the petitioner, who has retired as Fishery Extension Supervisor, were worked out and admissible dues from the Fishery Officer -cum- Chief Executive Officer, Darbhanga has already been paid to him. Only the benefits of MACP remains pending for which the matter has been forwarded to the Fishery Directorate. Petitioner's Counsel admits to the said submission made by State Counsel on the basis of governments made in the counter affidavit.

In view of aforesaid situation, this Court would only direct that respondent No. 2 should take a decision on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4419 of 2016(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 petitioner's claim on account of MACP expeditiously and without any undue delay, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Any dues found admissible to the petitioner should be paid within eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petiton stands disposed of.
