The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that M.J.C. No.4664 of 2018 stood dismissed for default for noncompliance of the peremptory order dated 11.09.2019 passed in M.J.C. No.4664 of 2018, whereby ten days' time was granted to the petitioner for removing the defects.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he complied the orders of the Court dated 11.09.2019, but little belatedly.

Since it has been submitted that the defect, as pointed

Patna High Court MJC No.352 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 out by the office, stands removed in compliance of the order dated 11.09.2019, the M.J.C. No.4664 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
