Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the address column of the petitioner only to the extent that district name should be Madhubani instead of wrongly typed Bhagalpur.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that co-accused Raju Yadav is involved in theft of motorcycle. When Raju Yadav was apprehended, he disclosed that with the help of this petitioner, he sold the motorcycle to Subhak Kumar Yadav. From the house of Subhak Kumar Yadav, two stolen motorcycle was recovered. Subhak Kumar Yadav and Raju Yadav have already been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11731 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 allowed bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jaynagar Police Station Case No. 491 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/Banti U T
