JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to pursue his remedy of statutory appeal. This writ application is disposed off with liberty as prayed for. In case a statutory appeal is preferred within a period of thirty days from today before the District Magistrate, Gaya (respondent no.2), the same shall be considered on its own merit and in case any question of limitation arises for consideration the same will be considered keeping in mind that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
