2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of farsa. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Case and counter case. There is admitted land dispute between the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his

No.16261 of 2024(4) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.
