JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and seen the report of SDJM, Jamui dated 13.12.2017.
The petitioner was allowed on provisional bail by this court and the informant was directed to appear before the court below for taking her by the petitioner vide order dated 15.06.2017 and as per the submission of the petitioner, he has taken the informant with him from the court below on 30.06.2017. On 22.11.2017, a report was called for from the court below as to whether cordial relation has developed between the parties in the case, and if not, who is responsible for the same. Responding the same, the learned court below vide the aforesaid report submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26622 of 2017 (5) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 the informant with him at his house, but the informant is not ready for the same rather she is insisting the petitioner to live with her in her maternal house and due to the aforesaid reason, reconciliation between the parties stood failed.
In the facts and circumstances, provisional bail granted earlier to the petitioner vide order dated 15.06.2017 is hereby confirmed.
