Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.218 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one country made pistol and live cartridge were not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered from the Bhuskar, which is accessible to anyone and the petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Birendra Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
