The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Brahmpur (K.B.) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 14.4 liters of illicit liquor from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in one other case, but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.01.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
