The petitioners being the parents and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within six years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that police on information reached at the place of occurrence, prepared the inquest report to which the informant is one of the witnesses. Place of occurrence was also examined by the investigating officer. Seizure list was prepared at 8:00 A.M. on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14375 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 30.09.2014 and thereafter the present F.I.R. was registered at 10:00 AM hence, admittedly the investigation preceded the F.I.R. The accusation is general and omnibus and the petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No.105 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
