The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Karpi P.S.Case No.94 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier an application had been filed against the petitioners but it appears from the order dated 6.3.2019 that the petitioner no.2 (Sanjit Kumar), who happens to be brotherin-law of the deceased has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the case diary was called for in connection with the case of petitioner no.1 (Jasiya Devi). Petitioner no.1 happens to be mother-in-law and the case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioner

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner no.1 (Jasiya Devi) in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IV, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S.Case No.94 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
