JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 24-12-2021 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding payment of the admitted dues amounting to a sum of Rs. 6,40,111/- with interest @ 18% per annum and also for payment of final bill and the concerned authority is directed to dispose off the same, within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation within a period of four weeks from today before
