The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

A loaded country made pistol and two mobiles are said to have been recovered and seized from the possession of the petitioner by the police along with other accused persons from whose possession, arms and ammunitions were also recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29503 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 physical possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 25.09.2016. Co-accused Prince Kumar from whose possession arms and ammunitions have been recovered, has been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21090 of 2017. Many criminal cases have been instituted against the petitioner, but he is on bail in all the cases barring this case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016.
