The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1292 of 2015/T.R. No.2584 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioner asked the opposite party no.2 to give Rs.50,000/- to get managed to facilitate the loan of Rs.5,00,000/- from the bank in his favour upon which the opposite party no.2 gave Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner in the year 2006. Thereafter, the petitioner again took Rs.1,00,000/- from the opposite party no.2 for providing the job in the year 2006 but neither the money was returned to the opposite party no.2 nor the job was

When the opposite party no.2 approached the petitioner to return the money, the petitioner abused and slapped the opposite party no.2 and fled away boarding on motorcycle after taking the gold chain from the neck of the opposite party no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to dirty village politics and enmity, the opposite party no.2 has lodged this case with false allegation. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in connection with Complaint Case No.1292 of 2015/T.R. No.2584 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
