The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Piar (Hattha O.P.) P.S. Case no. 61/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511, 436 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner spread kerosene oil on the house of the informant and others set ablaze his house, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
