Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A,26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that loaded pistol besides live cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that investigation is complete. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.09.2017.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody, on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7096 of 2018(3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 532 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
