04. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 18 litres of Nepali Wine were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 26.04.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29973 of 2017 (4) dt.13-07-2017 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C-2 67/17/259/17 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
