Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 376, 511, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that co-accused Aslam Mian in the night entered into the room of informant and tried to molest her and when the informant along with her Jethani went to complain to this petitioner, this petitioner abused them and also assaulted them.

The petitioner is father of co-accused Aslam Mian. Co-accused Aslam Mian has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 14.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50551 of 2019. The matter has already been compromised between the parties. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
