2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.372 of 2017, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have been involved in killing of the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apart from suspicion there is no material against the petitioner to support the allegation. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2024 and he has two criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14077 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2nd, Patna City, Patna/concerned Court below, in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No.372 of 2017.
