The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad(M) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017, registered under Section 420/120 B.I.P.C. and 30(A) Bihar Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, 450 litres of the foreign liquor was seized from the truck and petitioner alongwith another accused bribe the informant for release of the said wine and Rs. 19,000/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no any criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II -Cum-Special-Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017.
