The petitioner is aggrieved by the punishment order passed by the Bihar State Land Development Bank, which is a society now registered under the Multi State Co-operative Societies Act.
The remedy for the petitioner thus would not lie in a writ jurisdiction and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to avail of the alternative remedy so available to him under the Statutes.
