Informant had alleged against the petitioner along with Arun Kumar @ Langar to have kidnapped her sister Shabnam Khatoon while she had miraculous escape. Victim has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has been recorded wherein she had alleged in terms of case of the prosecution. Furthermore, as is evident from Annexure-4, coaccused Arun Kumar @ Langar has been released on bail vide order dated 16.10.2017 passed under Cr. Misc. No.44542 of 2017. On account thereof, petitioner, Nayan Bhagat @ Naiyan Bhagat is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
