Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The instant case has been registered against unknown for loot of motorcycle and Rs. 53,000/- from the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12663 of 2020(2) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 326 of 2019 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner has to render his service as volunteer in Covid-19 hospital for a period of two months to combat Covid-19 and he is the required to report to the district Civil Surgeon/Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
