The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 448, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the instant first information report has been lodged after an inordinate delay of five days without satisfactory explanation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22862 of 2021(2) dt.31-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
