2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the writ petition, there are two fold prayer which has been made. In first prayer, the selection letter of the Respondent No. 6 has been directed to be quashed and in the Second prayer, the appeal filed bearing case no. 50 of 2019 has been directed to be disposed off.

3. Counsel for the State submits that the first prayer is pre-mature as against the said order, petitioner has already preferred appeal which is pending and about second prayer,

Patna High Court CWJC No. 4849 of 2020(4) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 current stage is not known to the counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State.

4. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off directing the D.P.O. (Respondent No.4) to pass reasoned and speaking order in case No. 50 of 2019 within 90 days from the date of production of this order if not decided yet.

5. It is made clear, that said 90 days shall be counted from the date on which Lok Sabha Election concludes. (Dr. Anshuman, J) sunnykr/- U
