Petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 for the offence under sections 323, 406, 379, 498(A), 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband. He is paying monthly alimony of Rs. 3000/- on the direction of the Family Court, Saran to his wife. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wife is not willing to stay with the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner is husband and he is in custody since 4.9.2018 and he is paying monthly alimony

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14530 of 2019(2) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 in terms of direction of the Family Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Manjhi P.S.
