2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Chautarwa P.S.Case No. 214 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the victim was solemnized on 16.05.2022. The customary presents were given at the occasion of marriage. On 13.07.2023 at 12.00 night, the informant got an information that the accused persons strangulated his daughter to death. When he went to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18841 of 2024(3) dt.03-07-2024 2/3 the matrimonial house of his daughter, the matrimonial inmates informed him that his daughter has committed suicide and the accused persons cremated the dead-body. They also abused the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it has been detected during the course of investigation that the deceased used to talk to somebody with whom she had relationship and when her husband (petitioner) recorded those conversations in mobile, she committed suicide.

5. On the other hand, Mr. J.N.Thakur, the learned APP for the State, has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From perusal of para-57 of the case diary, it is apparent that the Investigating Authorities did not find complicity of the petitioner and his family members in the alleged occurrence.

7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa P.S.Case No. 214 of 2023, subject to the condition
