2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 for the offence under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 17.05.2024 by the informant, Md. Sultan.
3. At the outset, learned State counsel has pointed out that the order sheet of the learned Sessions Judge shows that having found the case to be true, process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. was issued and in that background, the anticipatory bail application was rejected on 29.11.2024 and after taking a long

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner though tried to impress upon this Court about the innocence of the petitioner, considering the aforesaid fact that has come and found incorporated in the order-sheet of the learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail.
5. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
6. If, however, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail within four weeks, the concerned Court shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
