JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 The petitioner, who is a lady and is in custody since 14.12.2019, seeks bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 435 of 2019 dated 13.12.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

It has been alleged that she was found in possession of 30 kgs. of Mahua flower while travelling by train.

Regard being had to the gender of the petitioner and her period of custody, she is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties
