The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piparahi P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Regard being had to the statements of the witnesses recorded in paragraphs 12, 13 and 32 of the case diary, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in
