The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.C. No. 268 of 2018 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A, 26(I)(II) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 20 illicit semi manufactured country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner and one other co-accused person.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in one other case but he is on bail in the said case. Lastly, it is submitted that

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Munger in connection with S.C. No. 268 of 2018 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018.
