2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for directing the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division (Respondent No. 2) to dispose of the application vide Jamabandi Cancellation Revision No. 01 of 2014 which was filed on 18.01.2014.

3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let respondent No. 2 dispose of aforesaid petitioner's application Jamabandi Cancellation Revision No. 01 of 2014 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt
