With the vague complaint that is being made regarding misuse of public funds in execution of schemes by
Patna High Court CWJC No.6049 of 2019(2) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 respondent nos. 10 to 14, we are not persuaded to grant any indulgence in this Public Interest Litigation at this stage. Should the petitioner, if so advised, file a proper application with supportive facts and figures reflecting any such misuse before the District Magistrate, East Champaran and as regarding bad quality of the work executed by the respondent(s) concerned, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the District Magistrate, East Champaran in accordance with law. With the observations above, we dispose of the writ petition.
