2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 75 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 324, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of killing the deceased and injuring the injured persons.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 31.10.2025 and 27.09.2025 respectively.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not the assailants of the deceased but as per the FIR, they have accompanied other criminals fully armed and

6. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
