The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that five First Information Report named accused persons including petitioner came variously armed assaulted the informant and when son and wife of the informant came to rescue then they were also assaulted and accused persons snatched golden chain worth Rs. 30,000/- from the wife of the informant. Though the injuries of the informant's side has been found to be grievous, but there is a counter version of the occurrence and the petitioner has also received grievous
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15819 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 injury. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 235 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
