Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Both sides are agnate. For land dispute, specific allegation is against co-accused Md. Rahil to have given dagger blow at the stomach of Gulam Rabbani as a result whereof Gulam Rabbani died. The petitioners were also present thereat. Considering the nature of material against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12621 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rauta Police Station Case No. 116 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
