JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 725 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In the instant case, statement of the alleged victim (the daughter of the informant) indicates that she has intimacy with this petitioner and she has voluntarily joined the petitioner. Now a supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to indicate that the girl was released on the undertaking of the father and thereafter the girl has disappeared from the custody of the father. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11557 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 725 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
