The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tariyani Chowk P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is very much named in the first information report with allegation of participation in the alleged crime, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Tariyani Chowk P.S.
