The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No.253 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the marriage of Soni Kumari, the daughter of the informant, was performed with the co-accused Vikky Kumar in the year 2008. On 20.12.2015, the informant received call on his mobile phone through his Samadhi, the husband of the petitioner, to meet him at Tehta. Thereafter, the informant went there and found his Samadhi and four others sitting in the vehicle. When the informant made query, then he
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9706 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 was informed that his daughter has committed suicide by hanging herself on a fan. When the informant reached at the matrimonial house of his daughter, he found that the dead body of his daughter had been disposed of with an intention to conceal the evidence. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the daughter of the informant and has falsely been implicated in this case only to put undue pressure. Further submission is that Vikky Kumar, the husband of the daughter of the informant, is already in jail custody.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S. Case No.253 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
