This application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to dispose of the Title Suit No.86 of 2020. 3.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Judge, I, Biraul, Darbhanga to dispose of the Title Suit No.86 of 2020 within one year from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. He will be at liberty to proceed ex parte against non-cooperating party so that the title suit is disposed of within time limit fixed by this Court.
